Our number one priority is to assist our clients in enhancing their personal growth.  We want to assist our clients in breaking free from old habits, developing healthy coping skills and responding to life's challenges in a healthy manner.  We provide the following forms of therapy: 

  • Individual psychotherapy
  • Couples/Marital therapy
  • Family therapy

Individual Therapy

Individuals work collaboratively with a therapist for one-on-one consultations in a safe and open setting. Weekly individual therapy sessions generally last 45 minutes.

Couples/Marital Therapy


For couples who have expereinced conflict or just want to make sure their relationship gets off to a healthy start, marital/couples therapy is highly valuable.

Family Therapy


For familys who have expereinced tension or want to obtain more harmony amongst the family members, family therapy may be a benefit.
